A furnace that won't ignite, short-cycles, or keeps tripping its limit switch needs more than a reset in Ripley winters. Every visit includes a carbon monoxide safety check, standard, not an upsell.
A short list of components causes most Furnace Repair calls: ignitor, flame sensor, gas valve, heat exchanger. Each gets tested with a multimeter and combustion analyzer, not replaced on a hunch, not parts-cannon guessing.
What doesn't change from visit to visit.
A combustion analyzer reading for dangerous CO levels is part of every visit, not optional.
No-heat calls in Ripley get priority routing over routine work during cold snaps when it's cold.
A fixed price is set before repairs start.
Our techs are trained equally on gas furnaces and electric heat strips, no exceptions.
The most common furnace failure points.
These two parts are behind most no-heat visits, usually a same-visit fix.
We test actual response and pressure output rather than replacing an expensive part on a hunch before we recommend replacing it.
We inspect carefully with proper equipment rather than assuming based on age.
We test both before condemning the control board.
We still service older standing-pilot systems that newer ignition doesn't have.
Zero response from the furnace can mean a wiring fault, not a furnace failure to avoid overcharging for parts you don't need.
